Centaurs and Lapiths are creatures with the upper half of a human attached to the lower portion of a horse. According to Greek mythology these creatures were descended from two brothers. The Centaurs were aggressive and violent and the Lapiths were peaceful. As this creature is slender and non-violent in appearance, though pictured with his elven hunting bow raised, this artist considers him to be more of a fairy descendent of the Lapiths.
This standard 6-inch wall tile can be used in any application where 6-inch tiles are used. Can also be used for hot dishes, by putting cork on the bottom, or can be framed and hung. Any tile can be framed by contacting us.
